Deon S. Milardo is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, patient centered care for children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults. He is committed to helping individuals build resilience, improve emotional well being, and achieve lasting mental wellness.

With more than a decade of healthcare experience, Deon has cared for patients in intensive care, medical surgical nursing, inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, and crisis intervention. These diverse clinical experiences have shaped his holistic approach to treatment and reinforced his belief that physical health, emotional well being, and overall quality of life are closely connected.

Deon provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning. He works collaboratively with each patient to develop evidence based treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and life experiences. His approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion, creating an environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and actively participating in their care.

He treats a broad range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, and challenges related to stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Deon is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and empowering individuals to prioritize their mental health with confidence. He believes healing extends beyond symptom management and includes restoring hope, strengthening resilience, improving daily functioning, and helping people reconnect with the life they want to live.
