Taylor Vlaun, LMSW
Norwich Office
Taylor Vlaun is a licensed master social worker who provides individual and family therapy, specializing in work with children, adolescents, and their families. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Massachusetts Global and has been working in behavioral health for three years.
Taylor’s approach is rooted in seeing each person through a person informed lens, recognizing the unique skills, experiences, and personality each client brings to the therapeutic process. She creates a safe, judgment free space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Her clinical work addresses a variety of needs within child, adolescent, and family therapy. Taylor is trained in Bounce Back, a trauma focused intervention, and is certified in the Circle of Security Parenting Program, which focuses on strengthening attachment and security in the parent child relationship.
For Taylor, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing clients overcome obstacles and take back control of their lives. She is dedicated to walking alongside her clients through their journey, offering support, understanding, and encouragement every step of the way.
