Natalie Nieves is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience in behavioral health, acute care, home health, and complex case management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Joseph and her Master of Science in Nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Her clinical background includes inpatient psychiatric care, crisis stabilization, home health leadership, and interdisciplinary coordination across a range of healthcare settings. Natalie has experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and co occurring medical and behavioral health needs. Throughout her career, she has participated in quality improvement initiatives, supervised clinical teams, and worked to support safe, evidence based, and patient centered care.

She has a professional interest in advancing gender affirming care education and improving access to behavioral health services for underserved and marginalized populations.
