Renata Kozak is an adult nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in psychiatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University. Since 1998, she has worked extensively with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges in both outpatient and integrated care settings.
Renata specializes in diagnosing mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing psychiatric medications with a focus on safety and long-term stability. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, clinical precision, and compassion. She works closely with therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure each patient receives coordinated, whole-person care.
